Since 2008, we have operated our own training centre, Dynaco Academy, where all DYNACO dealers and partners are certified.
A DYNACO dealer’s role is to provide professional advice, identify the best solution, perform installation quickly and to a high standard, and provide scheduled servicing. To help every stage run smoothly and professionally, we share our experience and practical knowledge with dealers
Sales manager training
A DYNACO manager must know the product thoroughly and manage the deal from the first enquiry through installation. Professional DYNACO-Russia sales trainers provide all the required knowledge.
Sales staff, engineers and technical specialists are trained at Dynaco Academy. This helps DYNACO customers receive consistently high-quality service in any Russian city, while DYNACO dealers gain satisfied long-term customers.
Each participant receives a complete product presentation kit: curtain and guide samples, bags, pens, POS materials and promotional merchandise.
How to Sell DYNACO programme:
Training is free and lasts two days. The course is useful both for beginners and for specialists who already sell DYNACO doors and want to improve their skills.
Training is mandatory for all DYNACO dealers. After completing the course and final testing, we issue a DYNACO Dealer Certificate valid for 2 years.
Training for technical specialists and service engineers
We hold seminars for service engineers every week. Specialists study installation, warranty and service techniques. This is a practical course held in a specially equipped classroom with all the necessary tools.
Control unit configuration is an important part of the course.
DYNACO Door Installation and Service programme:
Training is free and lasts three days. The course is mandatory for all DYNACO dealers. On completion, the specialist receives a named certificate valid for 1 year and all technical documentation. The company sending the specialist receives a DYNACO Dealer Certificate valid for 2 years.
