Doors for the food industry: solution catalogue

Many areas in food-processing facilities require a specific temperature regime and maximum airtightness. This also applies to food-storage areas connected to the outdoors or to other, warmer spaces. For these applications, Dynaco high-speed industrial doors are an excellent choice.

This catalogue presents special automatic curtain models from the Russian Dynaco plant. These are near-vacuum insulated roll-up PVC doors for production facilities and food storage areas.

All Dynaco loading-bay door models are built using a unique technology. They provide a tight seal around the entire perimeter. The curtain is high-speed and lightweight, opening by rolling up at speeds of up to 2.4 m/s and closing at speeds of up to 1.2 m/s.

Dynaco doors take up almost no usable space near the opening. They are compact and have small overall dimensions, which is often very important for food storage facilities.

Our industrial doors are easy to operate. If the curtain is knocked out of the guides, for example because opening rules were not followed, it automatically reinserts itself during the next cycle. Thanks to an original engineering solution, loading-bay doors are lowered by the motor rather than by the curtain’s own weight.

Dynaco doors are highly useful for food facilities, vegetable stores and other storage sites. Flexible roll-up doors protect food workshops from dust and dirt; in refrigerated rooms they protect against unwanted heat, and in warehouses against excessive cooling or moisture.

Entrance doors withstand 30-degree frost and provide a thermal barrier and wind protection. The curtain remains stable even in wind gusts up to 140 km/h. Refrigerated rooms with Dynaco doors are highly isolated, with no gaps forming in the opening.
