TaskInstall doors at the car-park entrance that separate the street from the interior and open quickly without delaying customers or creating congestion.
The doors must withstand intensive operation and high wind loads. If hit by a vehicle and knocked out, the facility must not be forced into downtime.
Solution
DYNACO M2 Power doors were selected because they are designed to operate under increased wind loads.
Minimum installation space is required - only 500 mm above. The doors operate quickly: they open at 2.4 m/s and close at 1.2 m/s.
When hit, the doors do not break: the curtain leaves the guides and then reinserts itself into the guides during the next cycle.
The doors are safe for vehicles and pedestrians. If a vehicle or person is in the opening, the doors will not begin the closing cycle.
