About the model

Introducing the updated D310 Plus door model. It is equipped with an improved servo drive and control unit, making the doors even more advanced and reliable in operation. Dynaco D310 doors are designed for small indoor openings. They are used in customer areas of shopping centres, warehouses and industrial facilities, including for enclosing equipment. They prevent draughts, seal the opening effectively and help reduce heating costs.

Ideal for retail

D310 Plus high-speed doors are sealed around the entire perimeter. The PVC curtain fits securely against the side guides, while the lower sealing pocket fits the floor and compensates for unevenness. The roll-up doors prevent wind, dust and insects from entering the service area.

Save usable space

Dynaco doors require minimal installation space. The side guides are only a few centimetres wide and can easily be concealed behind sandwich panels, while the winding shaft and motor can be hidden above a suspended ceiling. Maximum door size - 4,000 x 4,000 mm.

Prominent advertising space

Dynaco doors can be used as additional advertising space. Eight RAL curtain colours and custom photo printing are available to order.

Operating principle

Gravity Drive — door curtain without rigid components, with flexible ballast at the bottom of the curtain.

Indoors - retail, warehousing, industry.

Curtain reinsertion unit

If accidentally struck by a vehicle, the curtain is designed to "exit" the guides. The system is intended to reinsert the door curtain into the guides during the next closing cycle. Closing will occur automatically or after a closing command from any control device.

Door curtain

Made of reinforced PVC (PVC 900 g/m²). Colours (RAL): yellow (1003), grey (7035), blue (5002), red (3000), green (6005), orange (2004), white (9010).

Motor

Servo motor. IP 54, with brake, 2-pole, with integrated controller. Integrated absolute encoder. Motor power 750 W / 1500 W

Limit switches

By adjustable cams installed on the rear of the electric motor.

Control unit (Compact)

Painted steel, IP 65. With LCD display. Standard equipment includes a frequency converter, magnetic thermal switch, main safety switch, 24 V transformer, programmable closing timer, cycle counter, photocell relay, WDD radio receiver, opening button and emergency stop button. The electrical cables connecting the standard door components allow the control unit to be installed approximately 1,200 mm above the floor and 1,000 mm from the door on the motor side.

Photocells (included as standard)

The infrared photocell system is installed 60 mm above the floor and 30 mm from the curtain plane. It detects pedestrians or vehicles, immediately opens the doors and keeps them open until the obstruction leaves the area.

A microswitch with a pressure plate installed on the upper sealing profile. If an obstacle interferes with the closing door, it responds when a loop forms in the curtain. When triggered, the door reverses direction from closing to opening.
