D-311 Cleanroom doors

About the model

Dynaco D311 Cleanroom doors are specially designed for installation inside clean rooms. Maximum isolation, airtightness and maintenance of positive pressure are important in clean-room environments. Applications include electronics, pharmaceuticals and medicine. The doors are supplied with a complete set of covers and additional seals for service openings.

Unique technologies

Energy-efficiency chart

Maximum room isolation

Seal between the curtain and the lower edge of the protective cover. Reinforced bottom door seal. Protective decorative cover made of 1.5 mm galvanised steel for the shaft, side guides and motor.

Completely safe

The curtain has no stiffening ribs or rigid components. Safety is ensured by the wireless WDD sensitive bottom edge, curtain monitoring sensors and a photocell system. The curtain will not lower while a vehicle or pedestrian is in the opening.

Airlock configuration

High-speed doors are an integral part of the production process. They can be easily integrated with other operating systems. The doors can be configured as an airlock, as well as with two opening heights: one for pedestrian access and one for vehicle traffic.

Specifications

Wind load

For the maximum size - up to 300 Pa (wind speed up to 70 km/h). For doors up to W 3,000 x H 3,500 mm - up to 450 Pa (wind speed up to 90 km/h).

Service life

2,000,000 (based on operating experience in the Russian Federation).

Operating principle

Gravity Drive — door curtain without rigid components, with flexible ballast at the bottom of the curtain.

Applications

Special doors providing maximum room isolation. For indoor use — retail, warehousing, clean manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

Curtain reinsertion unit

If accidentally hit by a vehicle, the curtain normally leaves the guides. The unit is designed to reinsert the door curtain into the guides during the next closing cycle. This occurs automatically or after a close command from any control device.

Door curtain

Made of reinforced PVC (PVC 900 g/m²). Colours (RAL): yellow (1003), grey (7035), blue (5002), red (3000), green (6005), orange (2004), white (9010).

Additional insulation (included as standard)

Seal between the curtain and the lower edge of the protective cover. Reinforced bottom door seal. Protective decorative cover made of 1.5 mm galvanised steel for the shaft, side guides and motor.

Motor

IP 65, brakeless, 4-pole, frequency-converter controlled. Power: 0.75 kW.

Limit switches

The door position is continuously monitored by an encoder (digital non-contact absolute position sensor).

Control unit (Compact)

Steel, painted, IP 65. As standard, it includes a frequency converter, magnetic thermal switch, main safety switch, 24 V transformer, programmable closing timer, cycle counter, photocell relay, WDD radio receiver, opening button and emergency stop button. The length of the electrical cables connecting the standard door components allows the control unit to be installed approximately 1,200 mm above the floor and 1,000 mm from the door on the motor side.

Photocells (included as standard)

Detect the presence of a pedestrian or vehicle in the door area. The doors will open and remain open while the object is in this area.

Wireless safety edge (standard equipment)

Dynaco WDD (Patent) — consists of a sensitive element and radio transmitter installed in the lower curtain seal. The radio receiver is installed in the control unit. A radio signal is transmitted only if the door touches an obstacle while closing. Upon receiving the signal, the control unit immediately opens the door. This operating mode provides long lithium-battery life because the transmitter remains inactive most of the time (5 years in standby mode or 100,000 activations). WDD eliminates the need for unreliable spiral cables or pneumatic sensors.
