Verny Distribution Centre - DYNACO doors in the distribution centre

Project objectives
Task
The doors must seal the opening quickly and help maintain the required indoor climate. If accidentally struck, the doors should not break and the facility should not experience downtime. The doors must be safe for employees and vehicles.

Solution

DYNACO doors separate cold-storage and freezer areas and reliably isolate the premises. The curtain fits tightly against flexible guides for exceptional airtightness, while the PUSH-PULL mechanism closes the doors quickly even under high wind loads.

The DYNACO door curtain contains no rigid or hard elements. If accidentally hit by a vehicle, it does not deform and automatically reinserts itself into the guides. The door structure contains a minimum number of wear-prone parts.

Dynaco doors operate at an extremely high duty cycle and help the company maintain a high pace of work and complete warehouse tasks on time
