M3 Compact doors

About the model

Dynaco M3 Compact doors are designed for openings up to 11 metres wide. The M3 Compact design is intended for intensive operation — up to 6,000 cycles per day. The electric drive is controlled by a frequency converter. M3 Compact high-speed doors are a versatile solution for closing large openings.

Seal the opening quickly

Opening speed — 1.4 m/s. Closing speed — 0.6 m/s. The doors are sealed around the perimeter of the opening. The curtain fits tightly against the side guides, while the lower sealing pocket compensates for uneven floors. This helps eliminate draughts and prevents dust and insects from entering the premises.

For intensive operation: 6,000 cycles per day

High-speed doors are designed for intensive operation - 6,000 cycles per day. The curtain is lowered by the motor rather than by its own weight. Rapid-opening doors remain stable under significant wind loads up to 70 km/h. Cycle life: 1,000,000-3,500,000 based on operating experience in Russia.

Impact resistant

Dynaco industrial doors contain no rigid breakable elements. After impact or a forklift collision, they recover automatically. The PVC curtain normally leaves the guides and reinserts itself during the next cycle without outside assistance.

Specifications

Wind load

For the maximum size, up to 300 Pa (wind speed up to 70 km/h). For doors up to W 9,500 x H 5,500 mm — up to 450 Pa (wind speed up to 90 km/h).

Service life

1,000,000 — 3,500,000 (based on operating experience in the Russian Federation).

Operating principle

Push-Pull — the motor pulls the curtain upward when the door opens and pushes it downward when the door closes.

Applications

Doors for large openings with low wind loads. Used indoors (retail, warehousing, industry).

Curtain reinsertion unit

If accidentally hit by a vehicle, the curtain normally leaves the guides; the unit is designed to reinsert the door curtain into the guides during the next closing cycle. This occurs automatically or after a close command from any control device.

Door curtain

Made of reinforced PVC (PVC 900 g/m²). Colours (RAL): yellow (1003), grey (7035), blue (5002), red (3000), green (6005), orange (2004), white (9010).

Motor

IP 65, brakeless, 4-pole, frequency-converter controlled. Power: 1.5 kW.

Limit switches

The door position is continuously monitored by an encoder (digital non-contact absolute position sensor).

Control unit (Compact)

Steel, painted, IP 65. As standard, it includes a frequency converter, magnetic thermal switch, main safety switch, 24 V transformer, programmable closing timer, cycle counter, photocell relay, WDD radio receiver, opening button and emergency stop button. The length of the electrical cables connecting the standard door components allows the control unit to be installed approximately 1,200 mm above the floor and 1,000 mm from the door on the motor side.

Photocells (included as standard)

Detect the presence of a pedestrian or vehicle in the door area. The doors will open and remain open while the object is in this area.

Power supply

Single-phase 220 V, frequency 50 Hz.
