DYNACO high-speed doors at the TechnoNIKOL plant
Project objectives
The doors separate the outdoor area from the conveyor, as well as production areas.The doors operate in dusty, low-temperature conditions. The guides therefore experience most of the wear, but DYNACO handles these conditions well. Scheduled service at this facility is performed only a couple of times per year.
The TECHNO Plant operates continuously, so the doors help maintain a high pace and quality of production processes.
The main purpose of the DYNACO doors at this site:
- separate warm and cold airflows
- seal off areas
- prevent dust, moisture and insects from entering production areas
- save energy
- provide additional sound insulation between production areas
- prevent draughts
The first doors were installed in 2014 and have already completed more than 140,000 cycles.
