About the industry
This catalogue presents Dynaco roll-up doors designed to protect various premises from difficult weather conditions.
Doors for aggressive environments withstand low and high ambient temperatures, pressure differences and strong wind. These qualities are among the reasons global companies such as Volvo, Toyota, Ikea, Nike, Siemens, IBM and Danone choose them.
Advantages of Dynaco doors
Our specialists developed special designs that maintain an optimal indoor climate. Employee health and productivity remain high, while equipment and products are protected.
Specifications of Dynaco equipment for aggressive environments
-
Strength. The reinforced PVC door curtain withstands extreme external loads. Reliable operation is unaffected by storm winds up to 140 km/h or severe frost down to -30 degrees.
-
Sealing. The curtain fits tightly against the side guides, preventing gaps and openings. Air transfer between adjoining rooms or between a room and the outdoors with different temperature conditions is virtually eliminated, as is the entry of dust, dirt and other contaminants.
-
Automatic self-reinsertion. A curtain knocked out, for example by strong wind, returns to the guides during the next cycle without human intervention. You save time and money because no repair or production downtime is required.
-
Operating speed and intensity. High-speed doors open and close automatically without interrupting staff work. Even in difficult and sometimes aggressive conditions, our fast-opening systems support intensive operation of up to 6,000 cycles per day.
-
Durability. Installation of plastic doors at numerous facilities in Russia, including in harsh climates, supports a stated service life of 3.5 million cycles. Product service life is approximately 15 years.
-
Availability. Reasonable prices for industrial doors for difficult weather conditions and certified dealers throughout the country and abroad make them accessible and cost-effective.
