About the industry
Some types of manufacturing and retail require special conditions. For example, a specific indoor temperature may need to be maintained. In such cases, industrial insulated doors become essential.
Dynaco offers a convenient option: replacing the standard curtain with an insulated one. This solution creates new possibilities for installing modern and reliable M2 Series doors at your facility.
About the brand
Although Dynaco originated in Belgium, the company has expanded beyond Europe to the USA, Japan and Russia. Its key advantage is innovative development protected by more than 20 international patents. Major companies such as FORD MOTORS, Wrigley, MARS and DANONE have recognised the benefits of the brand’s products. Russian customers include Shatura, Mikoyan and Russian Post.
Unique technology
Dynaco M2 Series doors operate using innovative PUSH-PULL technology. The doors are lowered by the motor rather than by their own weight. This solution provides a long service life, maximum control and high closing speeds of up to 1.2 m/s.
Advantages
- High level of quality and service;
- Complete airtightness;
- Long service life;
- Self-reinserting curtain;
- Resistance to damage.
Applications
The curtain of INS industrial insulated doors consists of two layers of reinforced PVC with thermal insulation between them. The option includes a stainless steel drive shaft. These models reduce thermal conductivity and lower the risk of ice and condensation formation.
Industrial insulated doors have proven effective in freezer chambers, food and non-food production, and warehouses storing goods that are sensitive to temperature changes.
